About Veracy Solutions
Company-first advisory, built on experience, process discipline, and practical judgment.
Veracy Solutions was built on a simple belief: technology should make a business measurably better, not harder to manage.
Our story
Veracy began with a belief that clients deserved better technology guidance.
The original Veracy Solutions Inc. was created to challenge a problem that still exists today. Too many organizations are pushed toward software, outsourcing, automation, or large projects before anyone clearly defines the business problem, workflow, people, or outcomes that matter.
Veracy Solutions has returned with a renewed focus on technology strategy, process improvement, practical AI, project and program leadership, vendor guidance, and business transformation support for growing organizations.
The brand is company-focused, not personality-focused. The original co-founder has retired, but the consulting philosophy, standards, and business-first approach continue through Veracy Solutions, the Veracy IT Advisory practice, and a trusted specialist network.
“Technology should make a business measurably better, not harder to manage.”
Veracy Solutions operating beliefWhy Veracy is returning now
The problem is not a lack of technology options. The problem is clarity.
Technology decisions have become more complicated for growing businesses. Leaders are being asked to evaluate AI, automation, ERP systems, cloud platforms, outsourcing partners, customer service tools, reporting systems, and software vendors while still running the business.
Veracy Solutions is returning to help leaders separate real business value from technology noise, understand the process, define the decision, evaluate the options, and move forward with practical judgment.
Our experience
Decades of perspective across technology shifts, operations, and execution.
Veracy Solutions is built on experience across consulting, engineering discipline, project leadership, process improvement, ERP, customer service operations, software evaluation, outsourcing, automation, and practical AI.
Enterprise discipline
Experience shaped by complex business environments, large programs, executive communication, and implementation realities.
Process-first thinking
Rooted in understanding how work actually flows before recommending tools, vendors, automation, or AI.
Project leadership
Focused on requirements, scope, risk, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and practical execution.
Technology judgment
Perspective developed across ERP, customer service platforms, cloud, software ecosystems, data, automation, and AI.
Our operating model
The right expertise at the right time.
Clients do not always need a large consulting team. Sometimes they need senior advisory support. Sometimes they need process improvement, project leadership, AI readiness, vendor guidance, training, or technical depth in a specific area.
Veracy Solutions is intentionally flexible. We provide direct advisory and leadership support, and when the work requires deeper technical, operational, implementation, or AI expertise, we can draw on a trusted network of experienced specialists.
The goal is not to surround the client with the biggest team. The goal is to bring the right capability to the problem.

Our philosophy
Business-first, practical, and human-centered.
Understand before prescribing
The business problem should be understood before technology is selected.
Enhance people with AI
AI should help people serve, decide, analyze, respond, and execute better. It should not blindly replace human judgment.
Evaluate vendors by outcomes
Vendors should be evaluated against client goals, process fit, risk, and measurable business value.
Why clients work with Veracy Solutions
Senior judgment, vendor-neutral guidance, and execution that fits the business.
Right-sized support
Advisory that matches the decision in front of you, without big-consulting overhead.
Independent perspective
Guidance focused on your outcomes, not on selling a platform or a long engagement.
Business-first execution
Process, people, and outcomes come before tools, so technology actually gets used.
